Open-source platforms are powerful. They are also hard to run well. Default installations ship with weak security settings, untuned databases, and no monitoring. Plugins conflict. Updates break themes. Backup scripts silently fail for months until you need them.

We take the operational burden off your team. You choose the platform — Moodle for learning management, Opencast for lecture capture, MediaWiki for documentation, Nextcloud for file collaboration, WordPress for your public site, or a full email stack under your domain. We handle everything from initial deployment through ongoing operation.

Our deployments start from hardened base configurations we have refined across dozens of installations. Every platform gets TLS certificates via Let’s Encrypt, automated daily backups with tested restore procedures, and resource monitoring that alerts us before problems become outages.

For Moodle, we configure SCORM-compliant course delivery, custom grading schemas, and LDAP or SAML authentication against your identity provider. For Opencast, we build the full ingest-process-publish pipeline so recorded lectures appear in your LMS automatically. For MediaWiki, we set up VisualEditor, multilingual extensions, and structured data templates that make institutional knowledge searchable.

Nextcloud deployments include OnlyOffice or Collabora for collaborative document editing, CalDAV/CardDAV sync for calendars and contacts, and external storage mounts for existing file shares. WordPress installations get custom theme development, plugin security audits, and multilingual content management through WPML or Polylang.

Email is where most organizations struggle hardest. We deploy Mailcow or custom Postfix/Dovecot stacks with proper DKIM signing, SPF records, DMARC policies, and spam filtering that actually works. Deliverability improves because the configuration is correct from the start.

Every deployment runs on infrastructure you control. No vendor lock-in. No surprise licensing fees. Full root access. We maintain it, but you own it.
