Knowledge & Workplace
Your organization's digital workplace — wikis, files, email, and calendars — self-hosted and fully managed.
For organizations that need a self-hosted digital workplace — institutional wikis, file collaboration, calendars, and email under their own domain, on infrastructure they control.
What We Build
Architecture Overview
SaaS collaboration tools work until they don’t. Data residency requirements, compliance audits, pricing changes, feature removals, and vendor lock-in — organizations hit these walls repeatedly. Self-hosting solves the ownership problem, but creates an operations burden most teams cannot absorb.
We deploy and manage complete digital workplaces. MediaWiki for institutional knowledge. Nextcloud for file storage and collaboration. Mailcow for email. CalDAV for calendars. WordPress for internal communications. All running on your infrastructure, under your domain, with your data staying exactly where you put it.
The integration layer is what makes it a workplace instead of a collection of tools. LDAP provides a single user directory. SSO means one login across every service. Nextcloud files embed in wiki pages. Calendar invitations flow through your own mail server. Users do not need to know or care which application handles which function.
MediaWiki scales to hundreds of thousands of pages. We deploy it with Semantic MediaWiki, VisualEditor, and custom skins that match your brand. Access control extensions restrict sensitive content to authorized groups. Full-text search covers every page, talk page, and uploaded document.
Nextcloud replaces Dropbox, Google Drive, and SharePoint in a single deployment. Real-time collaborative editing works in the browser. Mobile apps sync files offline. Version history and trash recovery protect against accidental deletion. Storage quotas and sharing policies enforce organizational rules.
Email is the most operationally demanding component. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration ensures deliverability. Spam filtering with rspamd catches threats before they reach inboxes. Automated certificate renewal keeps TLS current. We monitor mail queues, disk usage, and blacklist status continuously.
Backups run on schedule to geographically separate storage. We test recovery procedures quarterly and document the exact steps and expected timelines. When something breaks, the recovery path is known and practiced.
